This guitar is part of the S series, also known as Saber. I'm not sure if it's a 1988 or 1989 model; the specifics of its features allowed me to narrow it down that far, thanks to the Ibanez Wikia site, but I can't find anything to differentiate between the 1988 and 1989 releases of the 540S. Ibanez does have a habit of putting the year at the beginning of its model numbers, but even assuming “892058” is a model number, is it “8” for 1988 or “89” for 1989 (probably the former, since otherwise there'd only be four numbers left for an identifier and surely Ibanez makes more than 9999 guitars a year?).

Wikia blurb about the F2 pickup:

Responsive, versatile humbucker with warm, classic tone and output; works well in neck or bridge positions but recommended for bridge. More output, enhanced midrange punch and rich harmonics compared to the IBZ F1.

The plate on the back reads as follows (apparently the address was the Ibanez U.S.A. Custom Shop until about 1992, when they moved to the Los Angeles area):

Haven't actually bought these yet, but thinking about it. They're color-coded to match Rocksmith, which is cool, but judging by the user reviews on Guitar Center they're not very high-quality (the coating starts peeling off very quickly under use). Would get the medium set (NMCE-10) since one of the reviews says the lighter strings are very fragile and break easily.
